Description: 2010.09.26 There is now a roped walk, leading to the monument at the very edge of Portland. This was used a a great lead in to the picture. The day was cold and blustery, and at this point of the day many people had gone home, making for a cleaner shot with less people. A polarizer filter was used to emphasise the striking cloud formations
