Passing in Time
Description: 2010.04.09 Halnaker Windmill can offer an almost endless array of photographs to people with vision. Taken at midday on a cold November day and using a 10 stop neautral density filter, exposure times can be long. By using this filter, any moving element is rendered as a blur. With the right amount of exposure time, it can add great depth, movement and interest to an otherwise static scene.
